Emily Pyclik

Emily Pyclik works on a range of intellectual property matters, including patent and trademark litigation, patent and trademark prosecution, and IP transactions.

Ms. Pyclik has experience in drafting and prosecuting patents in a variety of technologies such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, military technologies, exercise equipment, and drilling systems. Her patent litigation experience includes life science, pharmaceutical, and energy clients.

She has worked on a variety of trademark issues, including prosecution, enforcement, and licensing, in the fashion, oil and gas, and beverage industries.

During law school, Ms. Pyclik interned with The Honorable Jon E. DeGuilio, Federal District Court Judge for the N.D. of Indiana. She also participated in Notre Dame's Intellectual Property Law Clinic, where she gained experience in patent and trademark prosecution matters.

Prior to law school, Ms. Pyclik interned for the Crane Naval Warfare Center, where she drafted patents for the U.S. Navy.
