Danielle Morello is a senior associate in the firm's Antitrust and Competition Practice. She advises clients on all aspects of antitrust law, with an emphasis on litigation and proceedings in criminal and civil antitrust enforcement matters before federal agencies. Danielle has experience representing corporations in complex multi-district and multi-defendant class actions against allegations of bid-rigging, price fixing, and other anti-competitive activity, and experience representing corporations and individuals facing government antitrust enforcement actions.
Danielle also maintains a robust pro bono practice, representing individuals and organizations in litigation related to LGBTQ+ civil rights, protection of voting rights, and exoneration for the wrongly convicted.
Prior to joining Baker Botts, Danielle was an associate at another international law firm, where her practice focused on antitrust, white collar defense, and complex commercial litigation. She was also previously an elementary school teacher.
