Ms. Wu represents reporting companies and investment banking firms in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities and advises both public and private companies in a wide variety of corporate and securities matters, including federal securities law compliance and ongoing corporate governance.  A 2008 graduate from Rice University, she earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2012 and joined the firm initially as a summer associate. In addition to her legal practice, she serves the firm as Deputy Chair of the Asian Pacific American Affinity Group, Associate Liaison for the Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Associate Liaison for the Global Women’s Forum and, most recently, Co-Chair of the Austin office’s 2020 United Way Campaign. She was also selected to the Super Lawyers list of “Texas Rising Stars” for 2019, 2020, and 2021.
