WASHINGTON, D.C., February 9, 2018 - Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading international law firm, announced another victory for firm client Oxford Nanopore Technologies Ltd., in a high profile competitor case at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). Yesterday, the full Commission ruled in favor of Oxford Nanopore by affirming summary determination of noninfringement by Oxford’s nanopore sequencing technology in a patent infringement investigation brought by Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc.
