In this update, we will examine recent decisions illustrating that the pendulum is beginning to swing back towards patent owners.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><em>True or False: The Risky Game of False <em>Advertising </em>- </em>Presenter: <a href="/people/b/beas-tyler">Tyler Beas </a> <ul> <li>False advertising issues, including "puffing", claim substantiation, endorsements, and testimonials, have become increasingly prominent in today’s legal landscape, and this CLE will provide a broad overview of key aspects of this area of the law including advertising law basics, key issues with endorsements and testimonials, and a discussion of recent false advertising litigation.
